Returns will comply to the following conditions. We reserve the right to review each return circumstance and deal with it accordingly keeping in mind fairness and equity to both the buyer and us.

• Contact us within 30 days of the order date.
• Returns MUST be unopened, unused and in resaleable condition for a refund. Note: items that have odours (eg. cigarette smoke) are not returnable.
• Refunds are 20% less the item purchase price. A maximum $250 refund per order.
• Refunds will be made as credits on future purchases.
• Special order items are not returnable.

We will ship replacement/correct items to you on a rush basis.

In the case we ask for return of any of these items, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.
